We also promise to be punctual – allowing for the fact that traffic in many areas of Dubai can be outside our control – and that our people will be uniformed, friendly and eager to deliver your expectation. All our people also fully comply with the employment laws of Dubai. So you don’t have to worry about being fined for employing illegal or cleaners who do not have a proper visa for working in this role in Dubai
Cost of delivery
Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the time of services given by HELPING MAID team, and your delivery address.
If you would like an estimate of your cost of delivery, put the item into your shopping cart and displayed at the bottom is your estimated delivery charge in UAE Dirham (AED) in to your HELPING MAID mobile application. You will have the opportunity (based on your entered area in Dubai) to view the finalised delivery charges on your order at the checkout stage before you complete your order and make payment.
Payment Confirmation
Each order will confirmed by HELPING MAID. After ordered services is completed HELPING MAID will send user an electronic receipt to user’s mobile application, in the form of Mobile notification, Application messages and email to the registered ID. Which can view in notification area and in message area of mobile application.
Each users need to make pending payment through our payment gateway in HELPING MAID mobile application before next service booking in UAE Dirham (AED).
After payment HELPING MAID will again send you a confirmation notification and receipt via Email, Mobile notificationa and application message with in 24 hr , in order to confirm we have received users payments.

If your delivery has not arrived, please contact our Head Office and please refer to HELPING MAID Cleaning Services LLC Refund Policy, privacy policy and terms and conditions.
